Don Crow, Operational Consultant
Don's total career has been directed to healthcare and elder care living. He has been the CEO of four hospitals and served on the executive staff of two of the largest and most prominent medical centers in the United States.
He has consulted with over 600 organizations located in twenty-seven states and sixteen foreign countries. Primary areas of focus are regulatory compliance, performance improvement measurement, infection control and turnover control.
Don has developed over fifty Supervisory Management Programs that can be presented on-site that reduces up to 70% of the cost related to off site training. The programs include a comprehensive staff education needs assessment, customized program development, for managers and supervisors and effectiveness evaluation.
Additionally he has been trained as a Joint Commission Surveyor and is a life safety specialist for both hospitals and nursing homes. During his 30 plus healthcare career, Mr. Crow has been active in a variety of professional organizations. He has served as the President of Texas Healthcare Human Resource Association and also as national President. Currently he is President of the Medical Wellness Alliance and Chairman of the Board of the Angeles University Foundation in Angeles City, Philippines.
